Following on the heels of last week’s decision on warrantless spying, another federal judge has ruled that the entire Bush Administration is responsible for warrantless lying and dying — thus making the Dubya gang the first winners of the Triple Crown of Infamy.

Citing Iraq, Katrina, the Plame affair, and even Bush’s inaugural oath to uphold and enforce the Constitution, Judge Carmen Cence also held that the Bushies were not even competent at their illegal transgressions, since they had also violated every rule in the best-selling book, The Seven Habits Of Highly Effective People.

The judge’s opinion was 2100 pages long, roughly corresponding to the number of days of the current Administration, in order to fully document their lawlessness, war crimes and acts of corruption. The opinion was also written in a phonetic style, to give Bush himself a chance to understand the Court’s findings.

In a separate appendix, the judge also listed all of the source materials for the opinion, including the thousands of recent books written on the disastrous course mapped out by the Bush Administration. Among them are Fiasco, The Debacle in Iraqle, Iraq-Tile Dysfunction, Holy Shiite, Batman — We’re Fighting the Wrong Guys, and the latest work of Watergate emeritus John Dean, Worse Than Attila the Hun.

Immediately upon the issuance of the ruling, the judge was ferociously attacked by the conservative Federalist Society, who complained that Judge Cence had no credibility, since she had actually attended an accredited law school, and taken a course in Constitutional Law.

A statement issued by Attorney General Gonzales also condemned the opinion, emphasizing that the Court had completely disregarded the President’s inherent powers as “Slanderer and Thief.”
